Charisma Declouet is the co-founder of Elite Management Group. She maintains oversight over all aspects of EMG, including operations, strategic planning, and company growth. Charisma has 17 years of Property Management expertise that includes Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME, and Public Housing. She has also managed retail spaces and conventional housing.

 

Prior to Elite Management Group, Charisma was a managing partner at DNC Properties, a real estate investment firm that assisted with the revitalization of New Orleans after Hurrican Katrina.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in business entrepreneurship and a master’s degree in Business Administration. Charisma is also a licensed contractor for the state of Louisiana. 

Shante',Co-Founder of EMG provides leadership in the aspect of Compliance to the entire Elite Management Group portfolio. She oversees Management’s operations for all mixed-income, affordable housing, and fee-managed assets. With over 20 years of residential and commercial property management experience, she has extensive knowledge of HUD programs, regulations, and requirements as well as the compliance regulations of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.

 

Shante’ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and holds strong core values in the advocacy for community development and improvement. She has an intense focus on supporting ongoing business development and executive relationships with investors, policy makers and agencies.
